For the seventh time, the St. Barths Restaurant is hosting its own restaurant week, the St. Barth Gourmet Festival. Celebrating the best of St. Barts cuisine from around the world, as well as some of the region's finest wines and cheeses, the G-Cuisine Festival has been at the top of St. Barts social calendar for over a decade.

Notable annual events include sailing events featuring some of the world's largest yachts. These include the St. Barth Regatta, which is celebrated just before Lent and takes place in early April or late March, the Saint Barth Cup, sponsored by the Saint Barth Yacht Club and held in April, and a number of other sailing and regatta events. The St. Barths Bucket Regatta is one of only a handful of such events, taking place from early March to late April.

If you prefer not to make the arduous journey to St. Barth from the US Virgin Islands, you can fly to Saint Barth by connecting with San Juan or St. Thomas.

They also offer a daily scheduled flight to New York City and New Jersey and a weekly scheduled flight from the U.S. Virgin Islands to Puerto Rico. Or just spend a day sailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Saint Martin Island, circumnavigate St. Barts and reach the beaches that can only be reached by boat from St. Martin or the nearby islands of Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis or from the mainland.

To book a flight to the island, you can use the local airport in St. Bart, which is Winair St Barts Commuter. Add to that the surrounding islands of Barbados, St Kitts and Nevis and the Caribbean Sea and you # ve added to your list of destinations.

Here it is worth to note down the charter dates of the yachts, as this season is ideal for renting a yacht. There is also a wide range of yachts available for hire in St. Barts, but you have to be aware that the crossing can be a bit rocky depending on the weather and season.
